BOSH Global Services Named a Best Place to Work in Hampton Roads

The “Best Places to Work in Hampton Roads” program honors regional companies that go above and beyond to create a great working environment for their employees. To earn this honor, BOSH underwent an assessment that included both a company questionnaire and an employee survey. The questionnaire covered topics such as organizational culture and philosophy, how employee satisfaction is measured, description of the work environment and community service initiatives. The employee survey invited employees to weigh-in on their experiences and satisfaction on the job.
Shelly Fitzgerald, Executive Vice President and co-founder of BOSH Global Services, accepted the award at the awards luncheon on July 18. "Any success our company experiences is a direct result of our employees’ efforts," Mrs. Fitzgerald said.
